They are ok and fair market priced for simple repairs but will charge you for stuff that does not need to be fixed, and your car or truck might sit for over a week before they even look at it. I have been coming here for several years and it's been the same story. They have a facade of a good Christian owned shop, but don't expect them to live up to it.
Absolutely the best shop around. We made the mistake of going to a different shop and they gave us an unexpected list of things we needed to fix. I called JC and ran the information by him. He didn't think the list or prices sounded right. I brought the our car in and sure enough our list was half the size and half the price. These guys are completely honest and their work is the highest quality!!
Yes, yes, and yes. These guys helped me out when another tire place left me high and dry. Fuquay Tire and Automotive stepped right up and did the job for me quickly, courteously, and the price was perfect.
Looking for a tire and automotive place? Stop looking -- THIS is it! Could not be happier, and I just replaced my old tire place with these guys on my speed dial. GREAT SERVICE.
