North Bay Campgrounds

Great new staff that welcomes family and kids. It is no longer a drunken party spot where the staff hangs out with favorites after hours and have loud parties. Clean bathrooms and showers. It's funny that the last comment left was from a group the police removed after the lady wanted to get into a fist fight. The city is working to clean up the lake for swimming to enhance the family camping experience. The old miserable lady with gray hair and glasses is gone. Finally a staff that welcomes you with a smile.

The worst camping experience I have ever had!!! Very dirty restrooms and shower houses. Can't swim because the water is nasty. The fishing area was very dumpy trash all over. The site hook up wasn't even suitable for my camper as they said it was. The staff and management were very negative inconsiderate people! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely ridiculous "the staff" 1. you cannot swim there because of a rare blue green algae that has killed a dog in the past that has gone swimming in the lake. 2.the staff constantly walks onto your grounds you have paid for "last night it was four of them like a goon squad"...... and ask you if you are registered and supposed to be there... I have gone to this place over the years and it happens every time.... 3.they purposely call cops to come onto the grounds and shine flashlights around on everybody's campgrounds at late hours to try and keep everybody in check. I have seen the park manager "the blond girl" from the woods laughing it up with the cops after they went threw and disturbed everybody....... 4. they sit there and watch you like HAWKS from the minute you pull up you will have people staring at you till the moment you leave and are pulling out they will be sitting there in lawn chairs starring at you. anybody that has anything good to say about this place rent from the RV park and get the special treatment because they have a seasonal pass... Talk to the campers.

the view is nice by the water. restrooms kept very clean. have nice walking trails. lots of trees...really peaceful.
