        Overall

        After shopping around a bit, I decided on D&H Heating and cooling to replace my heat pump. Biggest unit for the same price as just about everybody else's smaller unit. Quickly installed, great service and friendly. Highly recommended.

        Very Unprofessional

        After our initial consultation, D&H wouldn't even return our repeated calls and messages -- very unprofessional. I know we weren't looking for a high-end unit so there would have been less profit than other customers. But at least have the decency and professionalism to return calls and communicate. We were in a bad situation and you made it even worse by treating us that way. You refused to provide service or even communicate. I would not recommend you to anyone.

        They care!

        We had D&H install two systems for our animal shelter and they have done a wonderful job. They know what they are doing and care about service. A great combination!
