Stewart Creek Apartments

I lived here for a year and it was the worst place ever. I am disabled and the office staff kept taking the parking space. Than when I told them about it they told me off. They come in and out of your home even after you ask them not to. They have rats and took a month to remove it after it died. Move here if you want to be disrespected . They also have foundation issues and my door never closed all the way. 300 hundred dollar light bills on a one bed room . This place is garbage .

A main waterline broke in our unit 1516 in October of 2012. Stewart creek did not take the proper steps to make sure everything was taken care of properly and we ended up getting an abundant amount of mold to where we had to move out and all of our items had to be cleaned and moved. They hired the cheapest company to take care of the remediation which completely ruined our items and now we have to go through our lawyer to get our items reimbursed Total Nightmare and with a 2 year old on top of it all! The owner company Univesco is horrible as you will see they have a F rating on the BBB! Don't Move here!! You don't know if your apartment could have had a leak in the past who knows how many units have mold growing just like ours!!

The grounds are mostly nice in the front of the property and the apartments are ok. Do not let them fool you by just showing you the show apartments; they are always better than the apartment you get. The maintenance here is not very good. We had a problem with our dishwasher not getting all of our dishes clean for the past 3 years and it has never been fixed. They never offered to shampoo or upgrade anything in our apartment at the lease renewals. You will have a problem with ants, crickets and dirt-dobbers all year long inside and outside of the apartment. The exterminators they sent were a joke, they did not help we had to take care of the problem ourselves. The refrigerators are so cheap and small and items freeze on the top shelf of your refrigerator. There is always dog poo piles all over the grass because they don’t pick it up off the grounds daily. When Ice/Snow storms come they do not treat any of the parking lots to make it safer at all. The parking lots stay covered in a sheet of ice until it eventually melts off from the sun. It is very dangerous to go outside of your apartment in the bad weather because of this. They are nice to you when they talk to you in person, but they do not respect any of your wishes or treat you with value. I have asked many times over the past three years to be notified if someone is entering my apartment so I can put my dogs up. Does this happen No. It has never happened and they like to get you a two-week window of when they might be entering your apartment because they do not respect you at all. They lie to you and tell you they do not know anything or they say they cannot help you if you call about a problem because it is the fault of the management above them. The staff changes every single year here they have a very high turnover rate. The maintenance people do not know anything and most of them cannot even understand what you are saying because they barely speak any English. Do not move here unless you want to have problems and things to never get fixed and for them to be nice we they see you, but never take care of your problems.

Don't ever live here. No one respects your wishes or treats you with value. I have asked many times over the past three years to be notified if someone is entering my apartment so I can put my dogs up. Does this happen no. We are moving!
