Aquaterra Outdoor Environments

Aquaterra Outdoors Env, built our pool and installed pavers over approximately 2000 Sq ft. We told Aquaterra (Tal Thevenot) that we thought they put the pavers down wrong because we were having flooding issues inside our home. The 1st time we had to replace hardwoods they paid their share by taking it off our pool services. The 2nd time it happened we had a meeting at our home, told them once again the pavers were installed wrong. Al this time they said they would fix it by removing some pavers by one door and install them back with concrete instead of sand. We were not happy at the time because we told Tal Thevenot that all the pavers needed to come up and put back down properly. Several weeks went by and the rain water came under the hardwoods for the 3rd time. This time I called a professional paver to come out and access the damage. After getting an estimate from the professional we called and texted Teddy with Aquaterra information to set up a meeting between ourselves and the professional paver company. Aquaterra never responded to any of us.



This forced us to send a certified letter to Aquaterra asking him what is he going to do about the pavers and the damage it has caused. Still no response from Aquaterra and it has been 2 weeks since receipt of the certified letter as of today 9/16/2014. No attempt to remedy this situation. We had to hire a attorney and will be making him liable for the damage. That is not the only issue we have with Aqueterra Outdoors. I would tell anyone thinking of using them to build or even use their pool service to NOT DO IT. Tal Thevenot doesn’t stand behind his word or his work. We have been trying to get them to fix this problem for over a year and they have done nothing but blow us off and now we have to resort to litigation because the paver issues has caused more damage to our home than we originally suspected. Had Aquaterra done the right thing when we had the 1st issue I wouldn’t be writing this scathing review. Do not even think about Aquaterra for anything!
