Island Storage

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! Reserved a storage space for May 1, 2016 because we are getting married in July 2016. Discussed at length with Paul, the owner, NUMEROUS times that we would not need the storage unit until May 1. He even said that that was fine because he had something blocking the door to that unit and that it should be gone by then (May 1).

On April 1, he tried to charge our CC. I spoke with Paul and told him that the rental of the unit, as we had previously agreed, was not to begin until May 1. He then refused to rent the space to us and hung-up the phone on me before I could say a word! When I tried to call back, he wouldn't answer and never returned my call or responded to my voicemail message.

Now we are left in the lurch, with storage for all of our wedding supplies, because we had planned on renting that storage unit (only a few blocks away from our rental house). As I said, HORRIBLE!

Beware! This guy is shady and, obviously, very rude!
