Summit Community Care Clinic

These people can't seem to get their heads out of their asses. We went in for our first visit and scheduled a second visit for a financial aid meeting, the next day, only to be told that we had missed our second visit the week before we had ever been there. THEN, the next visit we were told would be for a specialist exam, and all they did was triage his knee but not request an MRI for the dizziness and fatigue he has been fighting for a month...YEA RIGHT You CARE. We also waited an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor for 6 minutes while she triage'd the wrong thing and did nothing for the black out spells my boyfriend has been experiencing. SO don't expect to be seen or heard and definitely don't expect the office to schedule you correctly and tend to hang up on you instead of being helpful. Oh, and I guess we will be waiting a month before getting to see that specialist and get an MRI!!! Sounds like a Malpractice suit is necessary to get these Jerks to Pay attention to Their patients!!!
