- Dr. Emmy Oji Dr. Emmy Oji is a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. He earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgery at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He specializes in reconstructive and revision surgery, including mid-foot and hind-foot fusion, ankle arthroscopy, total ankle replacement, tendon transfers and repair, with emphasis on diabetic limb salvage and sports-related injuries including ankle sprains and instability, cartilage damage as well as Achilles tendon pathologies. He was the Chair of the Research and Education Committee at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Residency Program and served as faculty and clinical instructor at UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program. He has received several awards including the Andrea K. Delgado, MD Memorial Award for outstanding academic achievements and community service. - Dr. Olubukunola Oseni-Olalemi Dr. Bukky Oseni-Olalemi, originally from Fresno, California, is a specialist in foot and ankle clinical management and surgical treatment. She has experience in a variety of areas related to the foot and ankle. She received her training at the San Francisco Veteran's Affairs Surgical Residency Program with affiliated training at University of California, San Francisco Vascular Surgery Department and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Orthopedics Department. There she performed numerous procedures involving musculoskeletal reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, Charcot management, and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Bukky Oseni-Olalemi is also trained in treatment biomechanics disorders involving the lower extremity as she offers treatments using custom foot orthotics and bracing when appropriate. This method of treatment can be effective at returning patients back to their sport or normal every day activity and avoiding surgical intervention. - Dr. Laura Rowe Dr. Laura Rowe was born and raised in Hanford, CA, where she grew up playing soccer and cross country and going on numerous trips into the mountains. After majoring in chemistry and taking brief career detours in wine chemistry and AmeriCorps, she went to podiatric medical school in Pomona, California, and graduated with high honors. She then completed podiatric surgical residency with reconstructive rear foot and ankle certification at Yale in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Rowe is excited to return, at last, to the San Joaquin Valley and to participate in all aspects of podiatric care ranging from diabetic and wound care, to foot injuries and aches, to surgical reconstruction of complex food and ankle pathologies. In her spare time, Dr. Rowe enjoys gardening, baking, unicycling or biking and hiking in the Sierra Nevadas with her husband whenever they can get up to them. - Dr. Jeffrey Moy Dr. Jeffrey Moy is a specialist in foot and ankle management. Originally from the Chicagoland area, he attended podiatry school at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago. Dr. Moy then went on to do his residency training at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut where he received extensive training in diabetic wound care and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Moy 's training encompasses all aspects of lower extremity care specifically pathology pertaining to the foot and ankle. His areas of particular interest include complexities of the diabetic foot, wound care, limb salvage and sports medicine.
