I came earlier and had my oil changed. The receipt said 5W-20 oil was used but my car Honda CRV 2011's specification is to use 0W-20. I talked to the service manager and he assured me that 0W-20 was used. I talked to him and asked him to correct the error on the receipt but he said he can't do it. But I don't have a peace of mind now. I don't think I will be able to sleep peacefully tonight. Does anyone of you have this experience with Clawson or with any other dealers? Thank you...

I purchased a used Toyota here. Yes a Camry from a Honda dealer. This car was 3k more everywhere in Fresno and the sales dept was so non pressure. I liked buying a car from a place that wasn't desperate for my business but was sincerely interested in my wants and needs. And they have a waiting area in the service dept that provides FREE Starbucks. Very cool.
