Make sure your cost statement is in writing because it can prove beneficial later when you compare what you paid for and the payments made by your insurance. I had to get the insurance to help me what I thought to be an over payment: in the end after several emails, I was able to get refunded by this clinic for such. To quote my insurance "a participating dentist shall not make any charge to an eligible patient before or after treatment is provided other than the amount payable by the patient under the terms of the applicable dental care contract."

Bottom line: we want to give a lesser than zero rating if we can.
