I never wrote any reviews till date. This is my first review and I'm writing this because I never want anyone like me to get affected by this dealership. Everyone tries to cheat you right from your first step into the showroom. Edmond Lu from the finance department is the worst guy I had ever met in USA. They overcharged me like around 5k and when asked they really dont care giving you proper answer. I had called them 100 times in the last two weeks and left a bunch of voice mails to him and never got a call back.



If you really want to buy a nissan product atleast please avoid going to Premier Nissan at fremont. Otherwise just avoid a nissan product. Once again i'm only writing this review as I dont want anybody else to get cheated like I was.



Every single person in there is a liar and cheater.

Do NOT under any circumstances buy a car from this dealership. The salesmen are scam artist After totaling my car 2 weeks after buying was told the post dated check for the remaining $500 down would not be cashed Well it was & it was deposited early causing it to bounce So now I'm out $535. (was hit by a drunk driver with no insurance)
Also Salesman Steve (I believe is his name) neglected to tell us the car had been a rental car before we bought it. When we were signing the DMV paperwork we then found out. I wish now we would've backed out! These folks saw SUCKER written on our foreheads as this was the 1st time buying a car from a dealership.

It'd be a cold day in Hell before I'd let this man or dealership sale me another car! His antics he pulled with the finance company & saying he'd make sure the post dated check would not be cashed was a ploy to get us back in to buy another car so he'd make more commission & that's shady business practices.
I sincerely hope he gets hit by a drunk driver & experiences the aggravation we've been through!

I bought a car with $2700 down, they lied about the car history! Gave us a fasle car fax! They did not pay registration for a year they only paid it up. It did not have all the features they said it had. Tryed to get into contact and was told by Mr. Whytt, Mr.Clarkson, to trade in car. They lie. If you have any money do not give it to these people, they will try to take you for everything you got. These guys are all about selling you anything. I would never buy anything again.
