Dollar General

I hear people bash on John all the time he may get cranky but he does a lot for that store I’ve seen him stay from 2 in the morning till close I don’t think I would be in the best of moods after all those hrs and he has to deal with them employees that quit or don’t do there job correct. John has his moments but he works his ass off to have what you guys like in that store and tries to make everyone happy when I first met him I thought he was a little mean to but then I saw what he deals with on a daily basis... I can’t say I would be any better so don’t bash it till ya walk in his shoes he does a great job keeping things you all need in the store and keeping it organized and running the employees and still has his family at home until you run a dollar general don’t bash him. He is a good boss and very flexible does he get cranky...of course...we all do

I was shopping today, the cashier was checking people out at an acceptable pace as well as chatting with a customer who had initiated a conversation reference a severely ill member of the cashiers family...the manager left a vendor stepped between the customer and cashier and screamed at her to stop chatting and speed it up if she liked her job...RIDICULOUS
