Where do I start. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would! They are completely unprofessional, rude, and liars. I purchased a car from Star Auto in August 2016. I am deployed in Afghanistan and they took full advantage of me. They fraudulently overcharged me for government tax, title and license for my car, and as of now 12/21/2016, 4 months later, my car has yet to be registered. I have not received tags for my car due to Star Auto not filing my paperwork, so I am basically paying for a car that I can't legally drive. They do not respond to emails, and when you call they will lie to you, or just blow you off! Shiv, the TTL representative, lied to me on several occasions about the status of filing my TTL paperwork. He told me that he filed my paperwork, however when I called the DMV to verify, I was told that there is no record of my car pending registration and my title is still in the previous owners name! When I confronted Shiv about this, and asked him for some kind of tracking number to track when he sent off my TTL packet, he talked around my questions, contradicted himself, or came up with some bullshit excuse. Ron is not much better; he is somehow magically never available to talk, and whenever I requested for new dealers tags due to them taking forever to get my registration done, he told me quote on quote, "you can drive on the expired registration, it is not a moving violation, and if you get a ticket, we will pay for the ticket." Are you kidding me? I even filled out all of the paperwork myself and sent it to them to file with all the needed documentation with NO RESULTS. All I ever got from these ppl was lies and the run around. I am now at the point to where I have to pay almost 2k out of my pocket to get my own registration done just so I can legally drive my car. Pretty much I'm paying double; what I paid them (almost 3k), plus 2k additional to do their job for them! It does not help to be nice to these ppl, nor argue with them. I have never dealt with a business like this! They do not care about their customers and if they can take advantage of you they will! I am suing these ppl! Please take my advice and STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

These guys are crooks, they rolled back the mileage on my car nearly 200k. The apparently rebuilt the car, did a crappy job. Engine leaks within the first week with check engine light.

Never buy a car from these guys. Bought a 2008 mazda3 and two days after purchase the check engine light came on. They never did anything to fix this problem they just reset the code on several occasions claiming they could never find the code. One time we brought it in with the code on and they "lost" the code. Eventually they got some sort of code for an 02 sensor but they said it wasn't covered. After spending $500 to fix that the check engine light came on again and the tranny is done for. We brought it to a trustworthy mazda dealer and he said that star auto mall had unplugged the cars battery and reset the whole history. NEVER BUY A CAR FROMM STAR AUTO MALL, the salesperson, Emit lied to us on several occasions saying he would do the right thing and if the car wasn't fixable that they would give us a different car. Clearly they couldn't fix the problem and when I addressed him about it he told me to sell the car on craigslist.
