White Oak Animal Hospital

I have taken all my animals to White Oak Animal Hospital since they opened for business years ago and have had superb treatment with extremely attentive personnel. My animals have always felt comfortable here...even after extreme surgery (which always went well). I've been to many vets in my lifetime and these people are the best! Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

My dog has been groomed here and taken care of for some time. At first it was good and then kept going downhill. They used a shampoo that he had a reaction to and caused us to spend 100's of dollars in vet bills for medicine and visits. Okay but then a year later, when it was in his chart, they did the same thing. Again we spend 100's of dollars on bills and we were given the wrong dosage of a medication that almost killed our dog. Now our dog had a very bad grooming experience at 4 months old somewhere else and was cut by the grooming sheers, so he needs to be sedated to be groomed, now they are claiming that he nipped someone while they had to hold his head up (because he was sedated) to clip his face. He was so sedated that he couldn't hold his head up, but he could bite someone and then the stories changed few times...then Dr. Dunn was not very nice about any of it, or answering our questions. Nice ladies in the front but we will not return!

I don't even know where to begin other than that I love this place. They are exceptional people, from the receptionist, to the vet techs all the way to the Doctors. I have never had anything less than outstanding service. They even squeezed my cat and me in on a Saturday morning without an "emergency service" charge that so many others charge. They are beyond helpful, they recommended a kennel for our dog and called them for me right there at the checkout desk. I love this place.
