        Very rude customer service reps. Non-communicative and uncapable if there is a problem, These people are not capable of solving a problem nor helping with a Geico app. The local office was the WORST. They could NOT answer my question, help with an app. nor attempt to solve any problem. Each one there, only handles ONE THING, or so I was told.
