        Overall

        I have had a disappointing experience with Coldwell Banker Elite - Massaponax Office (CBE) after a 12-month lease. You should think long and hard before you decide to rent a property being managed by CBE. We upkept the property so well that the very first family that came by to see the property while we were getting ready to move out, has decided to rent it.

        Regardless, CBE has decided to deduct $250 from our security deposit even after we took very good care of the property and even after we made our best and reasonable effort to return the property in even better condition than what we found it in upon moving in. See our review in Yelp for more details as Yellow Pages limits how much can be written in a review.

        This type of business practice with good and honest tenants is unfair and quite disappointing. I have also posted this review on other complaint websites and reported this experience to BBB, Yelp, and the Virginia State Attorney General's Office.
