There's a great yoga studio in Fredericksburg! The Yoga Center is about 3 miles north of town, and if you love yoga or pilates, it's so worth a visit. Inside it's like an urban studio, but the teachers are all eager to give a small-town welcome. Lots of class offerings, lots of different styles, a small boutique with yoga-type clothing and supplies. They also have massage and reflexology.
