As a frequent traveler, I have the opportunity to try all the major brands. Two of the major brands act friendly to your face, then charge you credit card without a valid reason.
If I ever have a question about a charge or bill (like toll/ or camera ticket), John & his team have been willing to explain.

I rented a car from the Frederick, MD location of U Save mid August and paid cash. I was required to provide a credit card. U Save did not post my cash payment of $485.00 and therefore my debit card was also charged $485, which caused my account to be in the negative and accrue additional fees. I contacted the manager Mike and he stated that he processed a refund. After 3 days the credit has not appeared on my checking account. I contacted the bank and there are no refunds or deposits pending. Again I contacted Mike and he stated that he did not know how to resolve the problem but the owner would be in at 12:30pm and he would have the owner call me. At 3pm I contacted Mike again and he stated the owner had stepped out, he had not had a chance to call, but he would before the end of the business day. I never received a call. I checked my acct this morning, still nothing. The bank still has no pending refunds or deposits. I called Mike and he said he can show me where he processed the refund if I want to come look at the screen. I asked him for the owners name and contact info and he refused to give me the info. I asked him for his last name, he refused to give it to me. I asked him for the corporate number he refused to give it to me. I contacted the number on the U Save corporate number on the website and the woman that answered said they could not help me. U Save stole my money and is refusing to give it back. How would you respond? I can't even buy gas to get to work or groceries!
