        Multiple errors on documents. Missed multiple deadline dates. Documents unavailable for preview until sitting at the table to sign. My experience was as the seller of property. They wouldn't call or explain exagerateted escrow amounts. The sale was minutes away from not going through because of their poor performance. I have no trust in their skills, professionalism or honesty. Such proof can't be found in my experience.
