Frederick Stamped Concrete Company

Frederick Stamped Concrete is not a company located in Frederick. We called the # and left a message. Got a return call from I&F concrete. They are from Germantown MD. We hired them and it was a horrible experience. They are not licensed in the state of Maryland. We have filed a written complaint with the state agency They also talked my wife into giving them 8K upfront which was 50% of the job total. Only legal to ask for 30%
Fidel and Wilbur (Son) do nothing but give you a quote and promise everything will be great. Day of the project Jose and 4 very young non English speaking men showed up with picks and shovels. They hand dug over 1000 sq ft of sod. This was all but slave labor. I say that because we were told there would be either a Dingo or Bobcat for earth moving not 4 guys and a pick. They had to wheelbarrow everything about 500ft away and dump on our property. We were told everything would be removed Please do your homework before hiring this crew. The job was so sloppy we requested a meeting with them to discuss how it would be fixed. The next day our concrete was vandalized and the only people at our house was Jose and Fidel. They are saying we did it. It was done out of spite. Its now in the hands of the insurance company and the state of MD
