Asian Cafe

The worst Asian food ever!! When they first came to the area I felt that people were not going there because they missed Smoothie King that was in that location for so many years. This new restaurant would do orders for my job at Social Services with my prompting and recommendation. Everyone wasn't too happy with them because they would mess up the orders. They all went back to another restaurant that we found flies in the food. I would try and go some times and found that they would not put enough of the good veggies or even enough meat. I finally stopped going for sometime because the food was lacking but they raised the prices on their menu anyway. After a year I went back there tonight to give them another chance and thought the female owner was still very rough in her speech after all this time. She was not friendly as I remembered. She took my order and it came up quickly I left. I thought they were speedy with the service. However, when I got home there was no chicken in the food I ordered. When I call them the female owner started arguing that I order it without chicken. I asked her if beans in a very small bowel should cost $6.10. She kept trying to say she give me a deal. I said you forgot the chicken, she argued that I only ordered beans. I requested my money back. I refused to have them redo it. I reached the restaurant in my night clothes to get my refund. She started to argue with me again about how I did ordered it without chicken. Not that she messed up the order because she was on the phone with another customer who was having a problem and she thought she completed my order correctly and didn’t. I told her I don't want to hear any more of her arguing just give me my money back. She took it out of the register and threw it at me. I then shoved the food at her and told her if she would like it if I tossed the food at her. I took my money and left. She started screaming and cussing at me then her quite and seeming nice husband came out screaming and cursing at me to come back here. He acted as if he was going to come after me. I got to my car and they came out the store and as cussing at me. I started cussing back and screaming to alert attention just in case they thought they could physically hurt me I would have witnesses. It was so un-believable that two people who acted as if they were so much business people could react in such a horrible way when they mess up an order then tried to blame the customer. There food is horrible and the prices at too much for such a little portion. It is obvious they are struggling to stay open because the quality of the food is lacking good flavor. It has plenty of oil and lots of salt. Of course the mixed veg will always have plenty of onions and not enough veggies. I will make sure that I take this to a higher level of complaint. This take out place should be taken out of our neighborhood for good. We don't need nasty restaurant owners in Frederick. If there was such a rating as sub 0 they would earn that. Worst Asian food ever!!
