        Was very disappointed when they called late to reschedule appointment then irritated when they were a no show for the second. No call either. When I called them to ask where they were, discovered they had gone to the wrong house. They did leave my neighbor info about my remodel on their door. Too bad that man is a contractor himself. Customer service is waaaay too important in today's economic climate.If these people can screw up an interview with a potential client, I wonder what they would do to your home. They are off my list forever.
