The receptionist is a Pos. She's so rude on the phone and this is my dr office and I call because I'm sick and she tells me that my dr is out till July. So, because he is out that means I can't be seen?? This place is a complete joke and so ain't the rude lady taking calls

The main offices are located adjacent to the Olean General Hospital and its five satellite offices are in Cuba (2), Ellicottville, Franklinville, and Salamanca, all within 12 – 28 miles of Olean. The hospital is on one side of the Group building but the Wound Care Clinic and Dialysis Center are on the other side. An ambulatory surgical center is directly across the street.
