        Poor service / can not count on them.

        Had the machanic look at my f150 ecocrap. Said he had many things tthat could be checked. Made arrrangements for rental gave this shop a week to fix as per their recomendatiom. Called me 2 days later to pick up my truck. They never did anything we discussed. Claimed test drive of 23 miles was enough to determine that 17.6 mpg eas acceptable and they would do mothing more. I had picked up my truck on a saturday of course no one was there to talk to anout it. And they left me with 9 miles worth of fuel. By the way Ford corporate sent me to this crappy dealership. Corporate could not find anyone else that would service the truck because of who had so called attempted to work on the truck. Corporate service manager (Jodi) was difficult to reach and never returned calls as she said she would when she did she ha to be reminded of who amd what I was calling about. After 30 years and 15 new ford purchases I'm treated like crap. No more fords for me.
        I would mot reccend griffen ford, crossraods ford, Boyd Ford or capital ford to anyone. Booooo on Ford.
