Overall

First time in your Frankiln store last week . I wanted some brushes for a project I was working on. Tried to get the attention of two young gals talking in your jewelry isle. Dark hair both of them , skinny ,early 20s dressed like they were tending bar not working at a hobby shop. Both names I think began with an M . The F-bomb was dropped twice as they in detail discussed their "activity" the night before. They had no clue I was waiting for a lull in the conversation so I could ask for help. There wasn't one so I walked away and got the gal working in the arts dept another 20 something two toned hair tall . I asked for two things she said you didn't carry either one. She offered her 2 cents on how I could do my project. As a retired art teacher I knew she had no idea what she was talking about. If I had followed her advice I would have ruined my entire picture. My wife finished in the fabric section and we went to pay . The cashier , a nice women asked me if I found everything . I said no and explained what I wanted , she called a young man and boom he got me my brushes. I liked that. My wife and I left as we are driving home she is telling me about the young gal in your flower area that had tight pants and knee high boots on and her shirt tied up in back so high you could see her backside when she bent over. Same girl that was discussing her rough night . She wasn't the only gal dressed like that. Nothing wrong with hiring young gals but your supposed to be a Christian store and these young gals didn't talk or dress like they worked in a Christian store , their conversation bordered on obscene . Your art gal had some knowledge but in no way knew enough to be offering advice. Over all I am very disappointed in my visit. My June heads up a missionary group and wanted to see if she could get some classes started for the 16 girls in the group. I said with language and employees like that maybe she should look someplace else. Maybe you want to bring in a younger crowd by offering some eye candy . Maybe its working but at the same time your losing your respectable loyal age group. We gave you a shot we wont be back . I feel you say one thing yet some of the employees you have representing you speak to another value set.
