Three Guys Italian Restaurant

I eat quite frequently at Three Guys. The food is fabulous, owners are friendly and server Josh is phenomenal, remembering his repeat customers' orders accurately. Always pleasant. They do get really busy, esp. on weekend nights, so sometimes you have to wait, but that is anywhere you go that's popular and a quality establishment! In addition... it's worth the wait. :0)

Very poor service tonight. 5 guests and we got 4 plates and 4 pieces of bread. Took an hour to get our food. Other tables seated after us were served first. My meal was undercooked. Server forgot my guest's salad. She did offer to bring it an hour later. Asked if we wanted red pepper. We said yes, but she never brought it. Refilled everyone's drinks twice but never asked me until an hour in. The cashier never even bothered to ask how everything was. A bright spot was the server was pleasant. Overall a bad experience.
