I have tried 4 times to speak with someone and have not be able to do so. So my call is not important to you. When you press # 0 it does nothing. My husband was in the McDonalds in Coolsprings this morning and did not receive his correct change. when he complained about it he was told that the register was correct. he purchased a senior coffee and a sauage, egg biscuit with no cheese. He gave the clerk 20.00 and received no change. the clerk said he gave them a 10.00. He received no change at all. This is not exceptionable.
