If you go there stay away from Amy. She is a horribe assoicate. She got an attitude with me when i asked her to help me find something. When i orignal walked in she was sitting down playing with her phone. She did not acknoledge that i was there at all at first. The guy standing next to her. I believe someone called him JC was almost as bad. He told me that he was not suppose to help me. Who tells that to a customer. The worst customer service of my life. IF i return to that store I will refuse to have either one of them help me!!!!!

Their sales associates are very attentive to the customer's needs. Them seem to really like to make the customer happy. Matt and William were awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend that if you are buying from Radio Shack to visit the Cool Springs location.
