Beyond grateful to have found Dr. Palmer. He genuinely cares about you and it shows. He has saved my mouth and then some. His assistant Alex is an angel. She busts her butt to make sure you are taken care of. So much love for these two. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. I will never go anywhere else. They are truly heaven sent.

DONT EVER GO ...... ....all he cares about is making money. He doesn't care about the patients at all !!! Once he knowns one is catching onto the unethical crimes he is Committing he will let you go. worked for doctor Palmer for about 5 months and couldn't work there anymore. He would max out peoples insurences to the max. He would do unnessary work on patients "(like put a crown on a tooth that had no decay) just to make money and then he wants to know why Insurance companies won't pay for it. He also encourages his staff to lie to patients and half the time when patients are there he wouldn't even be in the building he would be waking around downtown Franklin or at Starbucks. . .He will want a dental hygienist to do a new pt exam and root planning and scaling on all 4 quads on the patients 1st visit in one hour. Even if you tell him you didn't do all of it he will want to charge out to insurance for work that wasn't done.

I have not lived in the Nashville area for almost three years. The office of Lee Palmer absolutely will not stop calling me despite my many clear and unambigious (and lately, profanity-laden) instructions to stop it. It is because of this unending harrassment that I am now taking time out of my day to leave negative reviews everywhere I possibly can find to do so.



Years ago I *was* a patient and only had one appointment before I decided to get away from him as quickly as possible. He and his staff tried to strongarm me into more visits for unneeded dental appliances and services. He informed me that my teeth showed signs of grinding, and that I would need a mouth guard. No dentist before or after him agreed. He also informed that I "needed" teeth whitening.



I didn't ask for these services, I turned them down when he offered them, and yet his staff went ahead and scheduled appointments (two appointments on two different dates, shameless!) for me anyway, handing me reminder cards as I was leaving! Unbelievable! It is my opinion that Palmer takes advantage of living in the wealthiest county in Tennessee by pumping people (and their insurance companies) for as many services as possible, whether they are needed or not.

I would reccomend dr palmer to everyone. My whole family is now a patient of his. His office is so beautiful and his staff know their stuff! Dr palmer makes everything understandable and is very comforting. I will be a patient for many years

I when there because I had a tooth that need to be pulled and before I when I ask if they would do a payment plane with me and they to me yes,after I get there and they take all the x rays,he wouldnt pull my tooth.he gives me meds to take to come back in a few days,so i come back after taking my meds and they get me all ready to pull my tooth,i set back in the back for about an hour and my feeling start coming back in my mouth,then 1 of the works came back there and ask me if I wanted to fill out a care credit card,then after I fill it out she comes back as me if I could get a co signer and I told her no then she ask me what about my husband,I told her lady i dont have no husband and no 1 to co sign either,she told me let me she what Dr Palmer wants to do,I said ok.A few mins later she comes back there and tells me that after I pay them im full,I can come back and he will pull my tooth.Here I am in pain and was told the 1st time that they would work with me on me making payments every month.So they lies to get me in there.After all that I just walked out and told them that i would fine some other dr that would work with me.So I left and went to dr Johnny Kings office and my mom payed them up front for me.And dr king was cheaper and i felt better after he pulled my tooth for me...
