CPAP Care Club

I have not received good service at all. They have had my order for a week. When I called back today to ask my cost, they still not have verified it with the insurance company and could not tell me what they ordered for me specifically other than " a headgear and nasal mask". I am afraid to see what they will send and how much it will cost. And they asked for my ss# at the time of the initial order, so now I am checking credit scores worried that the rep was not legit. I'm nervous about the order and anything yet to come. I think I'll just drive down the street to my local C-Pap store instead.

I called and received excellent telephone service. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

Just got off the phone, CSR very unhelpful. After answering one question she disconnected the call while I was trying to respond. She was only interested in taking an order. Did not offer to explain their services or how to join their club so that an order could be placed.



Do not call unless you are already a member or want to place an order, otherwise they have no time for you!

The person before me is a moron. I called the number and they helped me!

Yp just gives the email contact and the rest of the links go no where. I think it sucks!
