Venango Kid Connection ( VKC ) is a local group that meets monthly to encourage families to advocate and educate for children's access to quality early learning and services. We are a combined organization of Community Engagement Group ( CEG ) and the Local Interagency Coordinating Council ( LICC ). CEG is a program of Community Services of Venango County. Both CEG and LICC are under the umbrella of the Office of Childhood Development and Early Learning ( OCDEL ). Venango Kid Connection is great! Because, as a member, whenever you are helping a child or family, educating a community member, or advocating for early learning.you are working! We work in the community, in the schools, in businesses, in legislators' offices, at picnics, at events, out of our vans, in daycare centers, at fairs, at festivals, in doctors' offices, at the grocery stores, in libraries, at centers, at homes, on radio, over coffee, in classrooms, and on phones.
