My family and I have loved stopping by Edwins for gifts while in the area since I was a little girl. I was in the store today with my mother shopping for gifts for my little cousins and aunt while visiting Franklin and received the absolute... worst customer service and attitude from the mature sales woman causing us to put back all the things we were going to purchase and leave. I am very sad to say that Edwins just lost two lifelong customers. Good luck to you.
