This is not a "special" or "promotion", there is no "coupon" required and no "expiration", and there are absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. We simply want to offer an affordable oil change and tire rotation alternative to big dealerships, big box stores, and national quick lube chains where one might expect to pay upwards of $50 for the same services.

The saleswoman was a sweet as can be! It was the little Financial Lady that made this experience absolutely horrible! It's definitely NOT like what you read on their website. She was trying to flip thru the paperwork fast while we tried to ask what we are signing on each page. Every time we had a question she would act as though she were irritated that we were even asking questions. 'Like we do this all the time so just sign'. At one point she said "Well we closed at 5 so I can print some information for you if you want". This was on a Saturday. They stay open til the customers are taken care of. We should've left right away, but we really wanted this car. She couldn't even explain, or just didn't want to explain, why the Annual Percentage Rate was higher then the quoted rate. Not only did we have bad customer service from the Financial Lady, but she through in an extra hidden charge. See, on The Truth and Lending Disclosure page it doesn't show the actual price you're paying for the car. It shows the total including the tax. Which I think is why we didn't notice the bumped up price. I looked at the paperwork again when we got home and found a $250 charge for ETCH (window sketching), which we didn't purchase and wasn't even on the car. I would never ever recommend doing business with this place.

These folks really helped me out when my vehicle failed, they stepped right in to help me even though I was 3+ hrs away.
