Derby Cycles

Ordered gloves. Never received them. I looked back at the only email I received from them and found it was a refund, not a receipt or invoice. I emailed to find out what happened. No response. I called during business hours. No answer. I called the next day, and we quickly got disconnected. I called back and got a curt, rude, condescending interaction. Glad I got a refund, so they get an 2nd star. But customer service was lousy and rude. I would avoid them.
