Sleepy's

Purchased Sterns pillow top at Sleepy's for $2200. 7 months in, the mattress started sag. Springs on one side have coil/support failure. Sleepy's sent us to "The Mattress Marshal" & they would determine warranty issue. They sent us a string with a washer attached to each end, instructions how to photograph the dips in the mattress,pillow tops spring backThe Marshal website is suspicious & advertises an infomercial www.themattressmarshals.com . I called the Marshal only to hear a message by the "technician" that the mailbox is full....goodbye. I called again, the "technician" answered..."hello" RED FLAG Pretty sure this is a scam company too. Called Sleepy's & spoke to the manager, Peter. He said the mattress does not have a warranty issue due to their "string" test. I requested a technician come out to test the coils not the pillow top. Sleepy's does NOT send out technicians any longer, they use the "String" test. Your claim is denied try again in 6 months! Sleepy's is a SCAM
