I came home to find my water tank had busted. I immediately phoned Condo C. And was given an appointment for the next morning. At 8:30am promptly, a technician by the name of Marc, was at my door.
He was very professional, respectful, & courteous. Immediately he was able to find the problem. As it turned out, I needed to replace the 23 year old unit. Marc phoned to have a new heater sent out, while he drained and dismantled the existing one. The next thing I knew, the old unit was being moved out and the new one had arrived. After the installation, Marc stayed & tested everything to make sure all was working appropriately. All was completed in approximately 3 hours.
Words cannot express my deep appreciation for the overall professionalism & proficiency shown specifically by Marc, and Condo Consultants in general. I've called other plumbers in the past, but I have never been as pleased as I was with Condo Consultants.
