Five Star Boat Center

Five Star definetly earned 5 stars! They were great people to deal with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable through out the whole purchase of our boat. Would recommend to others!

Ordered a new canvas for the used boat I bought from them. It was compleated 2 months late, after constant lies to me about progress. They took full payment before I could see it. It was made compleatly wrong, it is useless, and thier resolution was to buy another one from them. I also paid them to get the boat water ready, confirmed it was water ready, cost me 500.00 to rescue my boat as it floated away with no gas.

I live in Wisconsin and generally like to purchase big ticket items close to home for the simple reason that you take it back to where you buy it from. (Dealer/customer loyalty) Well today I found out how well that dealer/customer relationship worked. Took out my 2011 Larson today unhooked it from the trailer, turned the key and NOTHING.. After checking the fuses and connections I immediately called Five Star Boats. Randy tried walking me through a few steps but still nothing. He said bring it in and we will try to fix it while you wait. Great a 1 1/2 hour ride when I should be boating. I arrived at Five Star and immediately the owner Patrick went to work on it. I couldn't believe it, he fixed it in under a hour and I am back on the water in the afternoon. When I purchased the boat a customer outside said these guy are great and will treat you well (I thought he was just blowing smoke up my a##) but he was right. VERY IMPREESED with how well they treat there customers and drive or not they will retain me as a long time customer. Five Star Boats should become Ten Star Boats in my opinion

I have had a slip here for the past four years. Pat has keep this place the nicest marina on the chain. The shop is the best, the marina is always spotless, security is great. Randy in the shop takes great care of us as well.

This Marina is very clean and the people are so helpful. I called just to ask a question about my boat because I was having some problems. I talked to a guy named Randy, He was very nice and helped me on the phone with my probems. Later that summer I took my boat to them to have a service check up and tune up done to my boat and also have a total detail job done "WOW" It's like having a new boat! It's running great and looks like new again. Randy told me if I ever need anything to just call him and he will be glad to help out.
