I called last minute on a weekend and was surprised when a person actually answered the phone!! Ted was really helpful and worked with me to find a last minute jumper that fit our needs. He was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. When the delivery man came he was just as pleasant, professional and helpful. Mike was extremely conscientious and very friendly. He went above and beyond the call of duty for our gathering and made sure that the bounce house was secure and in the safest location possible, knowing we had little ones. The bounce house was in impeccable condition and very clean. When Mike arrived to pick up the bounce house I got a better understanding of the care they take. He immediately got in the bounce house and began cleaning it thoroughly for over 20 minutes. During our party I had also received a phone call following up from Ted to make sure everything was running smoothly and see if there was anything else I needed.

This company has 2 thumbs up from me and I will continue to us Joey's Jump House for all of our future bounce house needs!! You guys made the party!! Thank you thank you!! And because of your fantastically fun bounce house these kids were in there for over 5 hours!!! What a great day!!!

OUTSTANDING!! This was my first experience with Joey Jumpers, but it won't be my last. In fact I won't be using anyone else ever again. They have the cleanest, and best bounce houses I have ever seen. Their customer service is beyond compare. Everything from the first phone call to the pick up at the end of my daughters birthday party was more than I expected, but was actually as promised. Can you believe they thoroughly cleaned the jumper from top to bottom when they picked it up? I've never seen that before. Their prices are comparable to most others, although I did get some cheaper quotes. But the quality of their bouncer, Oh yeh we got their Toy Story 3 combo and the customer service was worth a lot more than the few bucks I might have saved. They are reliable, friendly and professional. I know that my jumper will be there on time and it will be the jumper that I requested. I love the convenience of ordering online. I highly recommend Joey Jumpers!

Joey Jumpers is the best place to rent your jumpers. I have used their services for the last three years and they have always been on time, professional and courteous. Besides their excellent customer service, their jumpers are always clean and in good shape. I would highly recommend Joey Jumpers!
