I had a antique Diamond Ring from my grand mother, that was i would say missing 40% of of the design from one side, i had been going to jewelers around, either they could not fix it or the price was too high to fix the ring. All the leg work done i decided to stop by J.B.jewelry and they looked into the ring, gave me a price quote, as i was also shown some pictures of previously restored items, obviously i made sure they worked on it and indeed they did. In short, i was called in after about 9 days, and the job done was amazing, i literally had tears in my eyes, you could not tell if the ring was ever restored, it looked as if it just came out brand new. I am thrilled with their service. The staff was super friendly, fast and professional. I would highly recommend them. My satisfaction was far beyond my expectations.
