This company is ridiculous! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM FOR COX, GO THROUGH COX DIRECT!!! This company will tell you one thing and do another. Barry Blum is supposedly the owner and was VERY unprofessional on the phone raising his voice with me, and when I told him I was going to call Cox direct he said "Good Luck With That" and hung up. I called Cox direct, they were able to get my internet set up same day and am no longer going through this third party. They are much more professional than this guy so be careful.
