        I walked into this McDonald's ...

        RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER



        I walked into this McDonald's and got YELLED at for REFILLING my soda....not by the staff, but by the owner ( he's a 50-something yr old chinese guy who I'm assuming is the owner or store manager ).



        Here's what happened : I went thru drive-thru....was given the WRONG drink, so I parked and walked into refill it. Next thing you know, he starts making a scene and yelling that if I can't afford the $1 to buy another drink, he'll pay for it. Everyone in the restaurant....customers, employees, and myself was in utter disbelief. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.



        I'd been a LOYAL CUSTOMER at this McDonald's in Foster City for OVER 10YRS. For several years, I bought my staff breakfast, lunch and dinner here. I will NEVER return to this McDonald's EVER AGAIN. They LOST a DECADE LONG, LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!



        I DO NOT recommend eating at this McDonald's. And if you work at this McDonald's, I highly recommend contacting your corp office to report your owner/store manager. After I'd left, I watched him BERATE the entire staff in front of patrons with their families for over an hour. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Someone report this jerk to corporate!!!
