Budget Truck Rental

I don't normally write reviews, but this budget truck rental deserves to be written up. I went there to rent a 16 foot truck to move a lot of furniture. These guys are simply fantastic and provided great customer service that exceeded my expectations. Here are some examples:

- I needed a reservation last minute (for the next day) and they were able to provide what I was looking for over a 5 minute phone call -- super easy!

- When I got there they gave me a free upgrade to a truck with power-assisted lift, which ended up being really helpful for my move.

- I decided to purchase additional insurance from them, however I had previously been quoted a lower rate from a budget rental location in san francisco. These guys honored that lower rate, even though it was different than their standard.

- And the best part of all, I was running late on my return (stuck in bridge traffic at rush hour). I called them and one of their employees stayed late, past closing time on a Friday night, so that I could get the truck back that day. Really a life saver.



These guys completely exceeded my expectations and were simply amazing to deal with. Literally bent over backwards to provide me with great service. I definitely plan to rent here again, and highly recommend them to anyone.
