Been to these guys a bunch. Awesome help. Have helped me with a bunch of pool questions and will sell you only what you need, won't try and get you to buy a bunch of other stuff. Even talked me thru how to fix my pump, gave me the tools and didn't charge me a thing. ( I bought some acid from them because I felt guilty)

This company cleans our pool every week. Well, actually, they claim they clean our pool every week. In fact, they sign the sheet that says it is clean and that's about it. For example, a big storm hit Wednesday and our pool turned green, had a lawn chair in the middle and was an absolute mess. Thankfully, or so we thought, Swim-Rite was scheduled to clean our pool on Thursday. They came on Thursday, signed the sheet, but did not actually clean the pool.I called today, Friday, to inquire why the pool was unclean. At first, they tried to convince me that the pool was clean. I then explained that as the entire pool was still covered in dirt and a lawn chair was still in the center, it obviously had not. I was then informed that they could not clean the pool on Thursday because there was lightening. Fair enough, I understand those things happen. However, when I asked when they would be coming out to COMPLETE the job, I was informed that they would not be coming out before our next scheduled visit. They refused to clean our pool, which is why we hired them!I asked what I could do to remedy the situation, and they suggested that I come to the store and spend $150 on pool cleaning equipment, so that I could clean the pool myself. Wow, thanks so much for the generous offer. I guess I thought when you paid a company to complete a service, they would actually do such. What an absolutly useless company. Use someone else, that's what we plan to do.
