Equipped with top of the line adjustable & retractable ceiling mounted strobes, soft boxes & backdrops as well as additional portable strobes & light modifiers. 3000+ square feet Space for 10+ sets/photogs at one time, ranging from 9ft to a 24 ft wall space large enough for large scale production sets including green screen productions. 2 large restrooms, one located on each side of the space A large kitchen on the larger side and a smaller kitchenette in the studio side of the space. Spiral staircase that leads to an open loft area and private closed off room. Lobby, client consult, guest greeting or lounge area, furnished and designed by SO7 Studios, El Paseo Imports, Western Gallery and Cutting Corners Fabrics. 5 reserved parking spaces Stained concrete floors 17 foot ceilings and luxurious drapery. 3x5' crystal chandelier from FW Lighting that is perfect for a dance floor! Two custom arched openings open to another area that can be used as a VIP section for events. Arched opening joining the two spaces, allowing the space to easily be separated or flow seamlessly as one for a large event. Space can be rented based on needs & budget.
