My 50+ sewing machine froze and I took it to Sewing World with a glimmer of hope for repair. The awesome repairman fixed it on the spot. I am so happy because my mother purchased it for me from a FWISD surplus sale in 1973 for $20. I’ve made so many memorable items through the years. Thank you Sewing World, I’ll be back for a tune up👏👏👏

I had an issue with my inherited machine. I took it in to see them and it was an user error issue, I'm a novice. They fixed what I thought was wrong and showed me how to correct it in the future. They even recommended I switch out some things on my machine. They ask me if I knew how and I did, then sent me on my merry way with zero out of pocket. I got home and traded things out and did a test fabric, perfect! I will definitely be back to get this machine as well as my mother's machine serviced here.
