        Under staffed waited 20 min. to check in no one at front desk, dirty floors, elevator inspection was expired, sheet and blankets dirty , fungus growing on the wall, green pool, hot tub not working, cold eggs and meat, and the worst part BED BUGS! Woke up in the middle of the night to feed my baby and bed bugs crawling in our sheets found 10 to 15 and my other child had bits all over her upper legs . Took some bugs to the front desk at 4 in the morning he said they already had a case in June than why wasn't it took-en care of management never spoke to us . With no sleep it ruined our trip
