Beware of inconsistent charges on oil changess

This was my third and last oil change at Flagship. I have taken the same car in, and have been charged three different prices for the same service. Today I was told that they had to use a synthetic oil, which doubled the price of the oil change. Last time they did not use synthetic. Of course they told me this after they finished the work. In addition to the trouble with the price inconsistencies, the car washes are very slow and not very good. Next time I'll go to the dealership for an oil change and All Seasons for a car wash.

Terrible Service and Rude Manager

My first experience with this car wash will be my last. I asked for the package that would clean my leather seats and blow out the crevices. I was told the "SuperClean" was the package for that and paid for it. When my car was "complete," the seats were not clean, front floorboards weren't vacummed and it was clear the console had not been wiped down. I had to come back because staying longer would have made me late for a meeting. I talked to the cashier and manager to let them know I would be returning. The exchange when I returned is below:



When I arrived, the manager was waiting on me and asked if I was the lady that called. I said, “Yes,” and he said shortly, “Let me see your receipt.” I did and showed him my car. He then told me that I did not pay for the package that cleaned my seats. I told him that this was my first time to the car wash. I did not drive in and ask for “SuperClean.” I drove in and asked for whatever cleaned my seats and the attendant gave me this package. He said they had a hard time with their attendants getting that package confused but he would not clean my seats. He was very rude and short and unwilling to help. He told me that I could pay $10 more to have my seats cleaned. At this point, I got very upset and said, “You have got to be kidding me. I drove in and bought the package your attendant sold me to clean my seats and you are not going to do the right thing and clean my seats?” He told me I didn’t pay for seat cleaning. When I re-iterated that his attendant told me the package cleaned my seats, he said, “I find that hard to believe,” (after he had just told me that attendants get that package confused). He raised his voice and by this time, I was irate. I was not asking for some free product. I was asking for what I was sold. When I told him that I would not pay more to have my seats cleaned, he walked off.



In the very end, the person represented to me as the owner (whom I later learned was not the owner) came out and decided they would wipe-down the seats. That was after the manager walked off, expecting me to leave and I caused a scene by yelling across the parking lot that this car wash clearly does not care about its customers, service or quality and that they could expect to see their name in the Star Telegram along with my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The manager at that point kept walking, waiving his arm. I got in my car and was so mad that I did not want to drive anywhere. I pulled up to the door and sat there for a minute. The manager finally came out and said that the owner agreed to wipe down my seats.



My front floorboards never were vacummed and the crevices in my seats were never "blown out."
