Club At Spring Lake Apartments

I have lived here in two different apartments, the 2 bedroom and a stuidio, for a little over 2 years now. The management used to be wonderful until about May. They fired or replaced staff with older white women who can't see two inches away from each others blow holes, I believe I know Liz and Stephanie the "best". Treat you disgusting after you move in. These people are money hungry and apartment nazis. The area is a wonerful place, some traffic off 377 during the weekdays, but other then that it's easy to get access and for people to find. When I'm planning to go anywhere it's just minuets away. However, that's not worth antyhing if your afraid of losing your home over small and pointless reasons. Since I've been here, I had never been bothered or ever had any complaints from management or neighbors, untillllll I transfered from my larger apt to the smaller one. My carpet was needed too be replaced in the old one. Yet I wasn't in formed oF this till 6 months after the move and a 30 day notice to hurry up and pay $300 was just lovely set upon my door. Almost immediately after the 30 days they called me looking to collect. I obviously had to cut my money spending or I would have stayed in the 2 bedroom, I didn't have the money... well that was no good. I got called everyday for a month, and then they sent it to collections to get applied to my credit. Here's the kicker though, I had paid 2 pet deposits, and a security deposit and a first time rental on that apt. There should of been plenty of money to fix that carpet, or what else was i paying all that money? Anyways. Ever since that happened, I have had 3 "random" apt visits, maintenance takes over a week to get any of my requests done, when it used to be within the day, and i woke up this morning with another note on my door about a lease violation on the way I walk my dog. These people are unprofessional, unwelcome, and greedy. I'm only 20, I've never missed a payment, and i don't deserve disrespect from the people of my homeplace. Incredibly unhappy. I pay to much money for a crap little hole on the side of the freeway for these pretentious women to be judging me and how I live. The apartments are nice, the 2 bedroom has plenty of room, but all the kithcens suck, very small. Things will break. But maintenence is very sweet and deligent (they just put mine on low priority, spitefulness) and the parking is a mess. Small drive way. But if your looking for cheap, and your a middle-aged adult with no pets or life problems they may like you. But that's a long stretch. And if you want it to look decent cosmeticly and not retro like your from the 90s still, you have to pay extra to get things upprgaded. I did that for my studio. Little did I know though, that I could of moved into a one bedroom for only 30 more dollars. Great! I will not be releasing after this next year is up and i had full intentions of living here for up to 5 years. They have lost even the slightest idea of me living here again. And I can't even being to wonder how much money I will owe them then.

Do not move here!!! They will tow your car! They only allow one car per apartment which means if you have a visitor or second car it will be towed. Try the springlake apartments next door the floor plans are bigger and rent is cheaper. Do not move here!!!
