Alta Mere Window Tinting & Auto Alarms

Alta Mere Window Tint was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with cars and even business overall. I had my windows tinted on my truck and when i went to pick it up i noticed that the rear window was horrible looking because the tint was so poorly cut. I looked at it closer and realized a huge chunk missing from the window frame ( I have an avalanche so the rear window can be removed) i immediately called them and told them i was very upset and the first thing they said was "are you talking about the crack in the rear window frame?) I took it back and they lied to my face and said that it was already like that before!!! Rick Vasquez works there and is probably the most worthless person I have ever talked to...they refused to replace it or even give me a refund. He said that I should just take him to court very sarcastically. Please do not go there. So much for customer satisfaction...
