These people are the worst how you go from an hour forty-five to two hours to three hours if yall knew yall was backed up u should have told my insurance company that and told them to get someone else!!

no no no don't even think about it. called and they said two hour wait then no show no call. did again the second day!!!!!!! please if you know whats good for you stay away

Horrible non service! I called them at 1:00 in the afternoon and was told they would be here in about 1 hour. After an hour came and went I had to get a ride to a doctors appt. and so my husband rushed home from work to wait for them taking a half day vacation. When I called them at 3:45 wondering where they were he gave me some crazy story and said they had someone on the way but they were on the south part of town. Meanwhile my husband was able to drive from downtown, pick me up, go grocery shopping and still no show. I called back at 5:00 and was told that the driver was caught i traffic. Even though they say 24 hours they haven't picked up the phone since. Thankfully I have someone else coming at this point. I would give them minus five stars if I could. Not once did they ever call me. Please think twice before using this company!
